Refund Policy

Ultimate Video Enhancer ("UVE") Pro is sold on systemaweb.com as a one-time digital license. Payments are processed by Stripe. Support and billing correspondence are handled via NestSyncFlow at sales@nestsyncflow.com.
When to ask for a refund
If activation fails, the license email never arrives, or the product does not work as described after a reasonable attempt to follow the activation guide, email us from the purchase address. Include your Stripe receipt or checkout email and a short description of the issue.
We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe according to Stripe’s timelines for your payment method.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country of residence and that cannot be waived by contract. Where digital content is supplied and you expressly request delivery before a cooling-off period ends, local rules may affect the right to withdraw — we will follow applicable law.
License after a refund
If a payment is refunded (or otherwise reversed), the related Pro license may be revoked. The extension periodically re-checks license status with our servers; after revoke, Pro features stop until a valid license is activated again.
Student pricing
Student pricing requires school-email verification. Misuse of student pricing (for example a non-eligible email used to obtain the discount) may result in a refund request from us and/or license revoke.
Lost license key
Use the resend form on the activate page, or email sales@nestsyncflow.com from the purchase address. A missing email alone is not automatic grounds for a refund if the key can still be recovered.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve activation or delivery issues. A chargeback or payment dispute may lead to license revoke while the dispute is open or after it is lost.
